Cette proc\u00e9dure n\u2019engendre aucune proc\u00e9dure contrairement au d\u00e9p\u00f4t de plainte qui s\u2019effectue \u00e0 la gendarmerie.<\/p>

C\u2019est une d\u00e9claration permettant de dater les \u00e9v\u00e8nements d\u2019une certaine gravit\u00e9 mais ne constituant pas une infraction (probl\u00e8mes de voisinage, probl\u00e8mes familiaux).<\/p>

La taxe d\u2019habitation est due pour les locaux habitables, elle est \u00e9tablie annuellement selon votre situation au 1er<\/sup> janvier de l\u2019ann\u00e9e d\u2019imposition.<\/p>\n

Vous pouvez adresser une simple d\u00e9claration de logement vacant au centre des imp\u00f4ts en apportant la preuve par tous les moyens : il peut s\u2019agir d\u2019une facture de gaz ou d\u2019\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 justifiant d\u2019une absence de consommation ou d\u2019une fermeture de compteur d\u2019eau, il peut s\u2019agir \u00e9galement d\u2019une facture de d\u00e9m\u00e9nagement.<\/p>\n

A d\u00e9faut, il est \u00e9galement possible de faire appel \u00e0 un huissier afin qu\u2019il vienne constater que l\u2019habitation est vide de tout meuble. Il vous suffit d\u2019envoyer cet \u00e9l\u00e9ment de preuve au centre des imp\u00f4ts.<\/p>\n

Afin que vous puissiez justifier aupr\u00e8s du service des Finances publiques que votre habitation ou votre local est vacant et vide de tout meuble. La mairie de Malijai accepte de d\u00e9livrer une attestation d\u2019habitation ou de local inoccup\u00e9 et vide de tout meuble.<\/p>\n

Pour obtenir une attestation de logement vacant, prenez un rendez aupr\u00e8s de la mairie : Tel : 04 92 34 01 12 en pr\u00e9cisant : le nom du propri\u00e9taire, son adresse, son num\u00e9ro de t\u00e9l\u00e9phone, son adresse mail, ainsi que l\u2019adresse pr\u00e9cise du logement \u00e0 visiter<\/p>\n

Un rendez-vous sera fix\u00e9 afin que l\u2019agent constate sur place la vacance du logement.<\/p>\n

L\u2019attestation sera d\u00e9livr\u00e9e apr\u00e8s cette visite, sous r\u00e9serve des observations formul\u00e9es.<\/p>\n
